Introduction:
Whilst on Julie Wise’s retreat in Italy: during a meditation Sarah Goodall felt inspired to organise a Tai Chi Conference where teachers, students and friends could come together and celebrate the beauty of Chi Gung and Tai Chi. Within Sarah’s vision she also saw an opportunity for others to share their understanding of Chi Gung and Tai Chi by creating a sacred space in which they could run a workshop or give a presentation.
Sarah also teaches children Chi Gung and Tai Chi and they will hopefully give a demonstration to open up the conference.
The Aims of the Conference are:
To have the opportunity to share our experiences of our journey of Chi Gung and Tai Chi. And also an opportunity for teachers and practitioners to be students once more by partaking in the workshops and listening to presentations.
To bring together teachers, students and friends to practice Chi Gung and the Short Form Tai Chi.
To experience the flow of the energy within the group whilst doing the Tai Chi form and experiencing how a group energy can merge in to one flowing energy.
