Shamanism is the most ancient form of Spirituality understanding the interconnectedness of the whole of life. It is common to all cultures and carries the universal principle of what we do to the Earth, we do to ourselves. It is part of our Spiritual ancestry and common memory. Together I hope we can explore the Shamanic realms, meet your power animals and nurture the energy of the light Shaman within the many worlds.
During this series of gatherings we will:
- Explore the three major Shamanic worlds
- Meet and learn to work with our power animals
- Journey for soul energy retrieval
- Build and work with the medicine wheel and its directions
- Explore aspects of ourselves in the other realms
- Receive healing, re-connect with our ancestral kin and much more

Experience the power, mystery and wonder of your own energy system through the chakras. This is the ladder through which consciousness raises and descends; as we work with strengthening, balancing and harmonizing the chakras, we assist the liberation of our own consciousness.
During the course we will;
- Explore a different chakra each month
- Study their development, the times when blocks occur and examine ways to balance and heal them
- Use visualization, meditation and journeying techniques to tune in to our own and others chakra systems
- Examine the links between this Eastern energy system and Western body centred healing
- Use the chakra system as a journey to The Christ Consciouness.

The healing system I use is called "Synergistic Healing©"; this is my own integration of various spiritual, energy and body practices to assist, realignment and promote health on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
A 2 year training courses in this healing technique begins in Sept 2007 Preston. The purpose of which is to enable the unfoldment of the healer within. This is based on the principle that "those who are healed become instruments of healing" and that "healing demonstrates the truth is true". Our aim is to hold the light at all times, thus becoming a catalyst for the igniting of the light in others.
The course includes Chi Kung and energy exercise, to assist the balancing and strengthening of the physical and energy bodies. Meditation in order to assist a greater anchoring in of the light and a deeper knowing of ourselves.
We will also practice breathing techniques, visualization and sacred mantras, to realign, open and connect with the higher vibrations of healing. Synergistic Healing© is about strengthening, purifying and maintaining our connection to the soul. The aim is to bring the light in to the darkness and therefore dissolve the darkness. You will learn significant "chi" points on the body, an in depth study of how to work with the charka energy system and various body centered techniques.

A two year diploma course the purpose of which is to facilitate and assist people to live lighter and brighter lives and to pass on the knowledge and wisdom they have gained to enable others to do the same. During the course you will learn how to heal and strengthen your physical existence, balance and calm your emotions, still and focus your mind. "We are what we think. All that we are arises with out thoughts. With our thoughts we make our world" (Buddha) In order for us to help others we must first learn to heal ourselves, thus it is necessary to under go our own healing process through self-knowledge and awareness.
Once we commit to growth the path of transformation becomes natural. In nature plants grow well if given the right conditions, sunlight, nutrients, water and oxygen in the correct balance. Human beings are the same, they need the right conditions in which to flourish and grow in to their full potential. Sometimes we need to learn to accept and love our imperfections and bring them into the light to be healed. We are a microcosm of the whole and whatever we do affects the macrocosm; therefore we have a responsibility to maintain and cultivate inner balance. Through the interconnectedness of life our actions and even our thoughts have a ripple effect on the universe.
When we understand this we realize how important it is to move from fear to love; from condemnation to acceptance, from lack to generosity; and from anger to understanding. The Moving in to the Light course is about how to start this journey from the darkness of ignorance and negativity back to a natural state of light, vibrancy and understanding. You will learn skill, techniques and tools for self-transformation, leading to a more wholesome and natural existence.
