• Follow sign for kendal
• stay on dual carriageway past Kendal to large roundabout
• straight over roundabout on A591 to Windermere
• After approx 5 miles BP garage and Little Chef on left. Take second right after the garage signposted "High Borrans"
• Take the second right after approx 1 1/2 miles sign posted "High Borrans" on small wooden sign
• Coach House - first house on the left

• A591 to Kendal
• Approx 3 miles past Windermere turn first left after the 40 m.p.h. sign at Ings, sign posted "High Borrans".  If you pass a BP garage on your right you have gone to far.
• Take the second right after approx 1 1/2 miles sign posted "High Borrans" on small wooden sign
• Coach House - first house on the left
