Moving in to the Light CD
After many years of procrastinating, and numerous request, I am pleased to announce the manifestation of my meditation CD, called "Moving in to the Light".

"When we move in to the light, the heart opens as naturally as the flower unfolds to the sun" The CD begins and ends with a song, "flower of the heart", specially written for this creation by my very good friends Holley Blue (Sue Keady and Sue Jeeves) Along with an introduction there are 3 meditations to suit various needs. Conscious Breathing Meditation can be practiced for a short time, whilst at work, on a break or relaxing, in fact anywhere, anytime. It brings you very quickly to a place of inner peace.

The Flower in the Heart Meditation is a 15 minute meditation to heal and bless your life; if used regularly it will help you to find more harmony and peace rippling in to your everyday existence. The 25 minute Angel Meditation, allows connection to the Angelic realm and the opening of the heart in to a more devotional mode, bring about a sense of deep stillness and inner peace.
