Shamanic Journeys for Inner Healing,
Ireland - 25th – 31st July

The Burren Holistic Centre which is set at the foot of the sacred mountain; Mullaghmore is a place where the forces of nature abound. The area offers wonderful opportunities to explore the flora and fauna of the Burren and the beautiful landscape of the Clare coastline. It is located in a deeply spiritual environment where peace and tranquillity abides. During the retreat we will find our upper and lower world spirit helpers, connect with our spiritual family, explore ways of healing ourselves with shamanic practice and contemplate the teachings of nature. We will explore ancestor healing and the retrieval of disowned energies to allow us to be more whole and empowered. The grounds around the centre include a medicine circle, a labyrinth and sacred walkways, which we will utilise to assist our unfoldment.

Inner Journeys to recover our Inner Tuition
Cumbria - 7th – 11th September

Haybergill is in Cumbria , near Appleby in the picturesque Upper Eden Valley. within the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with breathtaking views all around. As you meander around the pathways in the 3 acres of wooded grounds, you may see red squirrels, woodpeckers, buzzards, pheasants, deer & grouse. During this retreat we will develop deep inner focus to assist with the unfoldment of our inner tuition. We will call on the angel realm, the spirit guides and the nature spirits to become our guides and invite them to give us signs and understanding as to our purpose on this planet. We will use a mixture of guided meditation, journey work and spiritual exploration to enable the development of our intuition; in order to allow this we will work in a spontaneous and natural way, being in the now and going where ever we are inspired or guided to go!

Connecting with Inner Knowing
Scotland - 9th – 11th October

Samye Ling is a place where inner-connection and Spiritual unfoldment are almost inevitable. On this retreat we will focus on developing our inner knowing and connecting with our soul forces. We will use various tools and techniques to connect with the permanent part of ourselves that knows our soul path and purpose. By developing inner peace and calmness we can find deeper meaning in our lives. Deep “remembering” of our spiritual ancestry will be aided by joining the monks and nuns in one of the meditation practices in the Samye Ling temple. Part of the focus of the weekend will be to ignite our past life spiritual practice to aid the evolution of the soul this life time; this may include devotion, clairvoyance, intuition, and other aspects of the souls qualities.
