The Forces of Nature

The Burren Holistic Centre which is set at the foot of the sacred mountain; Mullaghmore is a place where the forces of nature abound. The area offers wonderful opportunities to explore the flora and fauna of the Burren and the beautiful landscape of the Clare coastline. It is located in a deeply spiritual environment where peace and tranquillity abides. Here we will undertake a journey of remembering our roots and our link to the natural realm. We will use the forces of nature to rediscover our naturalness and explore “merging” with nature spirits and the hidden worlds.

The centre includes a labyrinth, where you can reflect on the path you are walking, plenty of areas for meditation, a beautiful round practice room and a wonderful sacred environment for reconnecting with Divine nature. The retreat includes sacred exercise, personal and Spiritual development and inner reflection

Finding the Christ / Buddha Within
Scotland 3rd – 9th Oct

Samye Ling is a place where inner-connection and Spiritual unfoldment are almost inevitable. We are in the ideal setting to seek our true nature, the Christ/ Buddha within. All of life has the sacred within it, it is the connecting with this sacred aspect that we will try to nurture on this retreat. We will practice mindfulness, prayer, contemplation and meditation, as well as some personal /spiritual development work. There will be gentle exercise to open the body and thus bring greater peace to the mind. We will spend some time in silence as the Christ / Buddha within can only be found in the stillness of inner silence.

We will look at devotion and how to bring the heart in to our practice. For me this is always a place of wonder and deep connection to the Spirit that is inherent in the whole of existence.

EXPIRED: Ancient Wisdom & Christ Consciousness
Cyprus 26th April – 3rd May

On this beautiful Mediterranean island we will explore together the Christ Consciousness, some of the ancient teachings and energies around it, as well as seeking the Christ within. We will invite some of the ancient Atlantean energies to help us heal and move towards a greater potential to hold the peace and love of this planet. There will be opportunities to visit some sacred sites including the Kykkos monastery, the home of the sacred Icon created by the Apostle Luke, which is recorded to be the site of many miracles.

Also, we will visit Nicosea to meditate in this divided city for unity in life, and as always, there will be a dawn meditation at Aphrodites Temple. We will do regular sacred exercise on the beach so that we have an opportunity to look after our bodies and feed our soul. The retreat includes sacred exercise, Chi Kung, Tai Chi, personal development and reflection, meditation and self-awareness.
